Affordable Care Act (ACA) information returns and transmittal’s are electronically filed through the ACA Information Return system, also known as AIR. Under ACA, all insurance companies, self-insured companies, and large businesses and businesses that provide health insurance to their employees must submit information returns to the IRS reporting on individual’s health insurance coverage.
How we helped to NALC HBP: We have developed a software to create electronically filing ACA Information Returns for transmitting to the IRS. This software helps to for creating “Form 1094-B, Transmittal of Health Coverage Information Returns” & “Form 1095-B, Health Coverage” electronic files and transmit via Application to Application (A2A) Channel. IRS Introduced electronic filing system from 2015. Our software helps to transmit new data, resubmissions as corrections.
